Best Drainage service in Amherst for SameDay Service

Jeffrey Plumbing is an owner-operated plumbing company based at 743 Longmeadow Road in Amherst, New York, run by master plumber Jeffrey Dywan. The company specializes in underground storm water and sanitary sewer installation, repair, and replacement, with offerings that include sewer excavation, water and drain line repair, water service pipe replacement, main line drain cleaning, and whole-house repiping. It also handles everyday residential plumbing: water heaters, sump pumps and sump systems, toilet and sink repairs, and general service calls. Reviews emphasize the owner-operator model: customers note that Jeffrey himself comes to the job, and one review describes him and a colleague arriving with two work trucks, diagnosing a flooded yard's clogged drainage within minutes, and resolving it at a reasonable price. Technicians Mark and Matt are named for courteous, thorough work, with Mark praised for clean, quiet repairs and Matt for checking a drain repair for a potential gas leak before leaving. Reviewers describe accurate price and time estimates, on-time arrivals, and workmanship they would hire again. This is a fit for Amherst homeowners facing underground problems such as sewer line failures, persistent drainage issues, or flooded yards, where excavation experience matters more than fixture work. The owner-on-the-job pattern suits customers who want accountability on larger jobs. For everyday repairs, the record of tidy, well-explained service makes it relevant for homeowners comparing quotes on water heaters, sump pumps, or drain clearing.
