This is a fit for Allen-area homeowners who want a small, owner-operated shop where the person quoting the job is the one doing it. The honesty theme and multiple-options approach suit customers comparing water heater or sewer repair quotes and wary of upselling. It suits Allen homeowners facing sudden leaks, blockages, or water heater failures, and small businesses needing restroom plumbing fixed with minimal disruption to staff. The five-year warranty on under-slab work is a notable point for anyone facing slab leaks or foundation-area pipe repairs.

James Plumbing is an Allen-based plumbing business led by owner Jon Arnell, with gas line work as its calling card. The company installs gas lines for stoves, dryers, water heaters, outdoor grills, fire pits, and pool heaters, and it handles gas leak detection, pressure testing, and gas line repairs. On the water side, it repairs faucets and fixtures, fixes water line breaks, locates hidden leaks, repairs pipes in walls and under slabs, and takes on full repiping projects. It also installs and repairs tank and tankless water heaters, clears drain clogs, runs sewer camera inspections, and installs whole-home water filtration systems. Customer reviews describe Jon responding within hours to emergencies — a flooded bathroom fixed in minutes, a failed water heater replaced the same day — with reviewers noting flat-rate quotes given before work starts, clear explanations of each step, and thorough cleanup afterward. The business serves Allen and the surrounding Collin County area and is set up to take plumbing and gas emergency calls around the clock. It suits homeowners planning gas appliance hookups, households battling persistent clogs or low water pressure, and anyone needing a water heater installed without delay. Augerpros Plumbing and Drain is a plumbing and drainage company based in Allen, Texas, serving Allen, Plano, McKinney, Richardson, and surrounding communities. Its residential and commercial repair roster covers slab leaks, water heater installation and repair, drain cleaning, gas and water line repairs, leak detection, and toilet work including flange replacement. Drain diagnostics include camera inspection, and the company is a member of the Allen/Fairview Chamber of Commerce. It offers a military discount and is open Monday through Saturday, closing on Sundays. The drain specialty is where the company distinguishes itself: one account describes a stubborn clogged drain two other plumbers could not clear, diagnosed by AugerPros with a camera and fixed within two hours with the customer shown everything on video. Other jobs include a separated main line from tree-root intrusion assessed and repaired at the most competitive of several estimates, a full sewage system replaced beneath a house, and water heaters removed and reinstalled with new pipes, valves, and drain pans the same day. That diagnostic, show-your-work approach makes it a fit for homeowners with drains or sewer lines other companies have failed to resolve, as well as anyone needing water heater replacement, slab leak service, or gas line work in the Allen–Plano–McKinney area. Reviewers consistently describe technicians who are prompt, neat, and communicative — a combination that suits property owners who want the problem explained before it is priced.

Plumber True Services of Allen, TX is a plumbing and drainage contractor based in Allen that operates around the clock and offers emergency service alongside standard repairs. It serves homeowners in Allen and the surrounding North Dallas suburbs with a focus on everyday plumbing problems: leaks, drain issues, water heater failures, and the other failures that turn up in single-family homes. Its around-the-clock hours mean calls for urgent problems can be answered at any hour rather than waiting for the next business day. Customer accounts from the company's DFW locations describe fast response times, with one reviewer noting the crew arriving sooner than expected after a water heater died, along with prompt, professional service and fair pricing. The company's listings emphasize professionalism and timeliness, with reviewers highlighting technicians who respond quickly and get repairs completed without drawn-out scheduling. In-House Plumbing Company is an Allen-based residential plumber with a specialty that sets it apart: replacement of cast iron sewer pipes under and around homes. The company handles full cast iron pipe replacements — tunneling and trenching work on older homes — plus trenchless pipe repair, camera inspections, drain cleaning, and water heater installation. Estimates begin with a detailed on-site inspection, including camera footage of the line from the house to the street and a sketched plan of access points. Reviewers single out technician Chris for thorough, unhurried estimates that walk the whole property, explain every option, and look for ways to save money. Customers with 1970s-era homes praise the crew's communication: daily progress updates, walkthroughs before work starts, after digging, and before backfilling, plus cleanup that left yards in good shape. Completed jobs finished on schedule even when unexpected conditions slowed the tunneling, and customers describe the pricing as competitive against other bids for the same work. It is built for owners of older Allen and North Dallas homes with cast iron drain lines — the pipe material that corrodes, cracks, and backs up after decades in the ground. The inspection-first style suits people who want to see the camera evidence and understand the full scope before committing to a dig-up that disrupts the yard. First-time buyers facing a failed sewer scope at inspection also benefit from the detailed written plans, and anyone comparing bids on a cast iron replacement finds the step-by-step approach a useful benchmark.

O'Bryan Plumbing Services is a full-service plumbing company based in Allen, Texas. The technicians install and repair fixtures, water heaters in both tank and tankless styles, showers and shower pans, and flood stop valves. They handle leak detection, slab leak repair, gas supply testing and gas leak repair, sewer and drain unclogging, toilet and sink clearing, garbage disposals, and dishwasher installation. Sewer camera inspections and full-home plumbing inspections are part of the offering, along with a membership plan for ongoing maintenance. Customer feedback emphasizes communication and education: reviewers describe technicians such as Cody, Mark, Ben, Cri, and Aaron as personable, punctual, and thorough at explaining the problem and the options. Same-day water heater installations earn praise, and customers note the crew fixed issues other companies had missed. The honest balance comes from one detailed review about a tankless system that was never programmed correctly — years of flushes and service calls passed before a later technician found the real cause, and the company offered only partial compensation — showing follow-through can be uneven. It suits Allen and North Dallas homeowners who want a single plumber for everything from hose bib replacement to main water line repair, and buyers who value detailed inspections with clear written options. The membership program appeals to households that prefer scheduled maintenance and priority attention. People considering a tankless installation should confirm programming and commissioning in writing given the review history, and anyone with a complex diagnosis benefits from asking for the most experienced technician available.
