Best Roofing contractor in Albuquerque for SameDay Service

Bosque Heating Cooling and Plumbing is an HVAC and plumbing contractor in Albuquerque that also lists roofing and water damage restoration, positioning itself as one contractor for heating, cooling, plumbing, and the cleanup that often follows a leak. Its core work covers furnaces, air conditioning, water heaters, and plumbing repairs, with 24/7 availability for after-hours emergencies. It operates from the Pan American Freeway NE corridor, handling both homeowner calls and rental-property work. Positive reviews name technicians Isaac, Zeke, and Miliano: one describes Isaac diagnosing and fixing a dead AC on a hot Saturday morning, while another has Isaac and Zeke estimating and starting a water-pipe repair the same day, setting up a no-pressure restoration team visit afterward, and accommodating a home warranty company's requirements. A Friday midday call for a rental property earned a same-day visit. But the record is mixed: negative reviews describe repeated rescheduling of a bathroom remodel and billing disputes, so experiences vary widely. This is a fit for Albuquerque homeowners and landlords whose plumbing failure could also damage the property — the bundled restoration follow-up is the differentiator, since a leak and its drywall damage can be handled by one contractor. It's also relevant for home warranty customers, given the documented coordination with warranty companies. The mixed scheduling record argues for firm written terms before committing, especially on non-emergency remodel work where delays matter most.
