Parker & Sons is a multi-trade home service company at 3801 North Highway Drive in Tucson, covering plumbing, HVAC, and electrical with dispatch open 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Its plumbing services include drain and leak repairs, water heater service and installation, pressure regulator valve replacement, and maintenance plans. Reviews name Alec, Josiah, Chris, Anthony Garcia, Mark Rizley, and Carlos, describing thorough troubleshooting with options explained, reasonable quotes, and same-day service calls. A mixed record shows scheduling complaints: reviewers describe missed arrival windows and disputes over recommended work, counterbalancing the praise for professionalism. The company cites consumer-voted recognition as a top residential service company in Arizona. This is a fit for households wanting one company for plumbing, cooling, heating, and electrical rather than juggling separate contractors. The always-open dispatch suits after-hours breakdowns. Given the scheduling complaints, confirming the arrival window in writing is prudent. The multi-trade model suits homeowners bundling projects like an HVAC replacement with plumbing work.

Fusion Plumbing & Air is a Tucson company that handles plumbing and HVAC from a single crew, covering repairs, maintenance, and new equipment installation for both trades. Its plumbing side includes water heater repair and replacement (including tankless models), drain cleaning, sewer line repair, repiping, and fixture installation. On the HVAC side, its technicians service and repair heating and cooling systems of all brands, handling AC tune-ups and repairs, furnace repair and replacement, and full system installations with financing available on approved credit. The company operates around the clock for emergency calls, positioning itself as one number for both scheduled and urgent plumbing and heating or cooling visits. Reviewers describe fast scheduling, technicians arriving on time, clear explanations before work begins, and fair pricing. The company highlights NATE-certified technicians and federal efficiency-program certifications as markers of its HVAC standards. Fusion Plumbing & Air is built for Tucson homeowners and businesses that prefer one provider for both plumbing and climate control rather than juggling multiple contractors. Its desert-climate focus suits customers dealing with hard-water plumbing wear and heavy summer AC loads. Anyone with an aging furnace, a failing water heater, or a drain emergency could get the job scoped and approved before work starts, since the company explains needed work and obtains customer approval first.
