Best Concrete contractor in Toledo for SameDay Service

A+ Home Improvements, LLC is a remodeling contractor based at 130 Oakdale Ave in Toledo's East Toledo neighborhood, with kitchen and bathroom remodeling as its specialty. The core of its work covers walk-in showers, tile work, bathtub replacements, vanity installations, and vent fan fitting, plus broader home improvement services including roof replacements, custom decks, seamless gutters, siding replacement, concrete driveways, drywall repair, door installations, interior and exterior painting, porch repairs, garage construction, fence installation, pole barn construction, and home additions. Reviewers describe crews that are punctual and communicative: technicians Derek and Jeff come up by name for bathroom projects, with customers noting daily progress updates and explanations of what is coming next. Tidy job sites are a recurring theme, and repeat customers report returning for second and third projects — master baths, home offices, laundry rooms — after an initial remodel. Financing options, including term and same-as-cash plans, are available to help spread project costs. This is a fit for Toledo homeowners planning kitchen or bathroom remodels who want detailed walk-in shower and tile work with clear communication during the job. It also suits customers with exterior projects on the list, since the same company handles roofing, decks, gutters, and concrete, allowing interior and exterior work to be combined under one contractor.
