16 Best Heating contractor in Tampa for SameDay Service

Grable Plumbing & Air is a plumbing and HVAC contractor based at 3723 E Hillsborough Avenue in East Tampa, offering 24/7 emergency service for residential and commercial customers. Its plumbing services cover drain cleaning, leak and odor detection, video pipe inspection, pipe repair and replacement, water heaters, water softeners and filtration, septic system cleaning, bathroom and kitchen plumbing, and remodeling work. The HVAC side handles air conditioning repair plus heater maintenance and installation, and free estimates are offered across the board. Reviews center on reliability and repeat business: several customers describe using Grable over multiple years, with technicians who arrive on time, diagnose clearly, and present pricing options before starting. Named technicians include Chris, Zach, Patrica, Sean, Joe, Eric, and John; recent reviews mention toilet repairs, resolved leaks, a new water system installation finished with full cleanup, and an AC problem scheduled for troubleshooting immediately after the call. A rare negative note mentions dissatisfaction with cleanup after one repair job. This is a fit for Hillsborough County homeowners who value continuity — the pattern of long-term repeat customers suggests a company built on steady residential relationships. Free estimates and flat-rate competitive pricing make it easy to compare on larger jobs like repiping, remodels, or system replacements. Customers dealing with both plumbing and air conditioning problems get a single point of contact, and the round-the-clock emergency line covers urgent calls at any hour.

Red Cap Plumbing, Air & Electric is a combined plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractor based at 7218 E M.L.K. Jr Boulevard in Tampa, operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Its plumbing services cover drain cleaning, plumbing repair and installation, toilet, bathtub, and sink work, whole-home repiping, hydro jetting, leak detection, gas line work, and sewer line repair and replacement. Water heater work spans tank, tankless, and solar systems, while the HVAC and electrical sides cover air conditioning repair, duct cleaning, furnaces and heating, and panel upgrades. Review themes are split. Positive reviews describe same-day service with a live person answering the call, arrival inside a stated two-hour window, text and email updates on the technician's approach, and technicians who explain the problem and the solution. Negative reviews tell a different story: one customer says a kitchen sink re-plumb failed repeatedly and flooded the cabinets; another describes an air conditioner failing a year and a half after an expensive installation with poor follow-up; and a BBB complaint alleges an oversized water-heater quote and a same-day-failed AC repair, followed by pressure to buy a full replacement. This is a fit for homeowners who want a single contractor covering plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work — especially in older homes where the systems overlap. The review pattern suggests competent frontline service on routine jobs alongside sharper criticism of pricing and follow-through on major equipment, so getting quotes in writing before authorizing work is the prudent move.

Easy AC is a Tampa air conditioning contractor operating 24 hours a day, with emergency service across the Tampa Bay area. Its core line covers AC service and repair, HVAC system sales, installation and replacement, system maintenance, and tune-ups, serving Polk, Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough counties. Customer accounts also note that the company provides plumbing and electrical service, making it a multi-trade contractor rather than an AC-only shop. Review themes center on responsiveness. Dispatcher Michelle and technician Rodney are named in a same-night repair where a lightning strike knocked out the AC at 7pm and cold air was restored by 9:30pm. Technician TJ, also known as Tom James, is described as courteous and efficient on scheduled checkups, arriving exactly at the set time and explaining each step. Some customers describe pressure to buy yearly maintenance packages and a billing dispute over unauthorized charges, which the company would need to answer. This is a fit for Tampa homeowners who want round-the-clock AC coverage and same-night emergency response rather than next-business-day scheduling. It suits anyone comparing system replacement quotes, since the company offers financing options alongside its installation line. For customers weighing contractors, the pattern of fast dispatch and named, explanatory technicians stands against the upsell and billing complaints — making the in-person estimate the natural next step for evaluating fit.

And Services is a Tampa home-services company at 5010 N Cortez Ave whose lead trade is air conditioning — AC installation, maintenance, and repair — with plumbing, electrical work, remodeling, and solar hot water systems also listed. Its service area spans Tampa, Clearwater, Largo, St. Petersburg, Brandon, Wesley Chapel, and Pasco, and it operates around the clock. Its listings describe certified technicians with background checks and daily training, plus a licensed AC service operation. The review record is split. On the positive side, one customer credits the company with doing remodeling, electrical, and plumbing work across their house well, and another describes the technicians' conduct favorably. On the critical side, several reviewers describe a pattern of being sent a salesperson rather than a repair technician when they called for AC service, pressure to buy a new unit, and prices they considered excessive — one reports paying far more than expected for a new system after an initially poor repair outcome. Others cite slow or unsatisfactory follow-up when installed equipment failed. This is a fit for homeowners who want one vendor spanning AC, plumbing, and electrical and are willing to push back on upsells. The split record suggests getting any quote in writing, comparing the AC replacement bid against at least one competitor, and confirming who will actually perform the repair before authorizing work.

ABC Plumbing, Air, Heat & Electric is a multi-trade home services company with a Tampa office in South Tampa on W El Prado Boulevard and a second location in Largo. It covers plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, and electrical work, with listed services including 24/7 emergency plumbing response, drain cleaning, water heater replacement, sewer inspections, AC repair and installation, heating work, and leak detection using acoustic and thermal equipment. It also offers financing and a maintenance membership. Review themes center on emergency response and technician conduct. Customers describe technicians arriving quickly for burst pipes and gas smells, quoting upfront, and leaving no mess. Named technicians include Ismael, Mihail, Tyler, Donald, and Jerome. The company advertises no after-hours surcharges and states that pricing is given before work begins even in emergencies. This is a fit for Tampa Bay homeowners who want a single provider for all four trades with round-the-clock availability. The record suits people facing urgent failures, such as a water heater leaking into a garage or a slab leak, who need someone arriving fast with a written price before work starts.

Integrity Home Solutions is a multi-trade home services company in Tampa that covers air conditioning repair and installation, plumbing repairs and drain cleaning, and electrical work. Its positioning is the one-stop shop: HVAC, plumbing, and electrical from a single provider across the Tampa Bay area, with round-the-clock hours for urgent calls. Reviews frequently mention technicians arriving early in the appointment window and office staff calling ahead of arrivals. Reviews name technicians across all three trades: Damian for plumbing jobs such as leaking toilets, sink hardware installation, and piping fixes; Austin for electrical work completed in about an hour; and Jason L., Hunter, and Chris for AC assessments and installs, including a same-evening unit replacement. Customers describe fair pricing, plain-terms explanations, and financing options offered for larger jobs. One account describes being sold an oversized unit that later caused duct issues, a caution worth noting against the otherwise steady praise for communication and courtesy. This is a fit for Tampa Bay homeowners who would rather keep one company on call for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical instead of juggling three contractors. The repeat-customer pattern — customers returning for different trades — suits landlords and busy households. For urgent cooling or plumbing failures, the round-the-clock hours and early-arrival reports address the scheduling frustration common in multi-trade shops.
