Best Appliance repair service in San Francisco for SameDay Service

Heise's Plumbing is a full-service plumbing contractor at 260 Ocean Ave in San Francisco's Mission Terrace, with a history reaching back to 1954. It specializes in water heaters, toilets, faucets, showers, and drains, handling everything from a clogged drain to full-scale remodels. Beyond core plumbing, its listed services extend to air conditioning repair, air duct cleaning, appliance repair, dryer vent cleaning, electrical work, HVAC contracting, and washer and dryer repair. It serves San Francisco and a wide Peninsula and East Bay footprint including Daly City, South San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, and San Mateo. Reviews name technicians Cesar, Eduardo, Erick, Eddie, Gil, Jose, and Eric, and repeatedly mention weekend and last-minute calls answered within hours, with technicians arriving with parts on the truck. Customers describe fair prices, personable and knowledgeable technicians, and loyalty stretching over years of repeat use. The company describes itself as a non-commissioned shop, and its stated edge is deep knowledge of San Francisco's older homes and commercial properties. This is a fit for San Francisco homeowners -- especially in older properties -- who want a long-established shop that can cover plumbing plus adjacent trades like HVAC and electrical in one relationship. The weekend availability and stocked-truck pattern suits urgent fixes such as a failed water heater or a clogged kitchen sink. Long-term customers value the continuity of dealing with the same company across decades of home repairs.
