Best Air conditioning repair service in San Diego for SameDay Service

Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air is a woman-owned contractor at Mercury Point in San Diego, working across the county. The plumbing side covers repiping and pipelining, hydro-jetting for kitchen and laundry lines, drain clearing, water heater replacement, and emergency plumbing. The heating and air side handles heater installation and maintenance, AC repair, duct sealing and cleaning, and UV air purification systems. The company operates around the clock and offers a VIP maintenance program with scheduled servicing. Reviews name technicians Judah, Matt, Christina, Alex, Kelly, Raul, and Gilbert: a property management company credits Matt with solving four heat-wave AC failures that other vendors wanted to replace at high cost or could not reach for two weeks, and a tankless water heater service drew praise for competent work with no sales pressure. Several customers note premium pricing — one calls the work a little pricey, another questioned a costly capacitor repair, though the company sent a field manager and made it right. The overall pattern is fast emergency response with thorough diagnostics. This is a fit for San Diego County homeowners and property managers who want a single large contractor for plumbing and HVAC alike. It suits people who value a satisfaction guarantee and scheduled maintenance, and who accept that the quality and speed come at premium pricing.

Friar's Plumbing Heating and AC Repair is a heating, air conditioning, and plumbing contractor based in San Diego's Kearny Mesa area. Its work spans full HVAC system diagnosis and replacement, air conditioning repair and tune-ups, water heater flushing, air duct cleaning, and indoor air quality services. The company takes on complex installs, including rooftop condenser placements on multi-story buildings where access and overhead utilities complicate the job. Customers describe a quoting process built around thorough on-site inspections, with technicians presenting tiered high, medium, and low estimates so homeowners can compare options before committing. Technicians Robert, Miguel, Brandon, Anthony, and Chris are named across reviews for arriving on time, explaining the work as it unfolds, and leaving the site clean. Reviewers note proactive arrival updates and jobs completed without a trace left behind. This is a fit for San Diego homeowners facing a full HVAC replacement or an aging system that other companies hesitate to bid on. The pattern of detailed inspections and itemized options suits anyone who wants to understand the scope before approving the work. For households juggling both heating and cooling needs alongside plumbing, the combined trade coverage means one contractor can handle the water heater flush and the AC tune-up in a single relationship.
