Best Repair service in Mt. Juliet for SameDay Service

P&G Service Company, known locally as Proctor & Graves Service Company, is a heating, cooling, and plumbing contractor based at 1477 N Mt Juliet Rd in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. The plumbing side covers water heater installation and replacement, tankless water heater service and flushing, and general residential plumbing repairs, while the HVAC division handles air conditioner and furnace service, ductless mini-split installations, and damper and zoning systems. The company serves Mt. Juliet, Hermitage, Lebanon, and the surrounding Wilson County area with 24-hour on-call service. Reviews name Jerrod Waffird, Ben Deane, Aaron, Mark, David Paris, Dylan, Jonathan, Alex, Henry, Cody, and David, with recurring themes of honesty and speed. One customer described a water heater bursting late at night, a technician arriving within the hour the next morning, and the replacement completed before lunch. Another described technician Henry diagnosing sediment buildup rather than pushing a new unit sale, a story reviewers cite as evidence of straight dealing. Customers also praise reasonable pricing and technicians who present multiple options before starting work. This is a fit for Mt. Juliet-area homeowners who want heating, cooling, and plumbing from one local company, especially those with water heater emergencies where the same-day replacement pattern matters. The ductless and zoning expertise suits homes with bonus rooms or additions that are hard to heat and cool evenly. Customers who value honest repair-versus-replace guidance will find this company's review record matches that priority.
