Best Water purification company in Louisville for SameDay Service

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is a Louisville plumbing company based on Taylorsville Road, operating as a locally owned franchise under the national Benjamin Franklin Plumbing brand. Its service list covers drain cleaning, leak detection, general plumbing repairs, bathtub installation, water heaters, repiping projects such as replacing copper lines with PEX, and sump pump plus backup pump installation for both residential and commercial customers. The listing shows around-the-clock availability on weekdays and Saturday. Review themes center on named technicians and punctuality. Justin is named across multiple reviews for explaining options before starting work, wearing shoe covers, and returning to finish jobs properly; Sean and Anthony appear in repiping and water heater jobs; Nolan is praised for leaving the work area spotless after a water purification install. One reviewer describes a same-day water heater installation with new piping completed the day after the call, and another describes the tech honestly diagnosing a clicking noise as a smoke detector rather than selling a repair. This is a fit for Louisville homeowners planning larger projects like whole-house repiping or sump pump upgrades who want the work explained and estimated before it begins. The same-day water heater turnaround suits people with a failed tank who cannot wait out a long schedule. For property owners comparing franchise shops, the review record reads as a locally run operation where individual technicians are held accountable by name.
