Best HVAC contractor in Lexington for SameDay Service

Fayette Plumbing & HVAC is a Lexington contractor at 305 S Broadway Park covering both plumbing and HVAC work for residential customers. On the plumbing side it handles toilet and sink repair, faucet and fixture repair, water heater installation, drain cleaning, and general plumbing repairs; on the HVAC side it covers air conditioning and heating repair, replacement, new installation, and ductless mini-split systems. It also offers a Club Blue membership for routine checkups and maintenance. Customer feedback centers on fast response to urgent jobs and clear explanations from technicians. Reviewers describe the shop sending a plumber within 45 minutes of a call, naming technician Chris for courteous, thorough leak repair, and crediting Seth Wheatley and Brian for professional water heater work. Accounts cite no-pressure options presentations, early arrivals, and clean work areas. One review notes a longer scheduling wait for non-urgent work, though outcomes are described as professional and thorough. This is a fit for Lexington homeowners who want a single contractor for both plumbing and heating/cooling needs, especially around South Broadway and central Lexington. The Club Blue maintenance plan may appeal to households looking for scheduled checkups rather than reactive repairs. For failed water heaters or summer AC breakdowns, the pattern of quick scheduling addresses the urgency directly.
