13 Best Heating contractor in Lexington for SameDay Service

Around the Clock Service [workin 9 to 5 what a way to mke a livin} is a multi-trade home services contractor in Lexington, Kentucky, covering plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. Its listed offerings include HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance alongside electrical services and general plumbing, and it keeps round-the-clock availability from its Claymont Drive base. The business also trades under related names such as Man O War Heating & Air, Round the Clock Service, and Around the Clock Man O War Plumbing. Review themes cluster around HVAC calls: customers describe technicians responding quickly when an air conditioner failed during summer heat and getting the system running again on the same visit. Plumbing and electrical jobs earn mentions for professional conduct and clear explanations of the work performed. Directory records note that emergency services are offered, that project estimates carry a fee rather than being free, and that warranties are not promised as standard. Reviews do not show recurring complaints about missed appointments or unfinished work. This is a fit for Lexington homeowners who want one contractor across heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems instead of juggling three separate companies. The 24-hour positioning matters most for failures that cannot wait for business hours, such as a dead furnace in winter or a burst pipe. Budget-conscious callers should know that a diagnostic estimate itself is a paid visit, which makes it best suited to people ready to authorize the repair once the problem is identified.

Comfort Heating & Air is an HVAC contractor based in Lexington's Hamburg area, working exclusively on heating, cooling, and indoor air quality for residential customers. Its service list covers furnace and air conditioner installation, repair, and maintenance, heat pumps, ductless mini-split systems, geothermal systems, boilers, air duct cleaning, attic insulation and ventilation, humidifiers and dehumidifiers, air quality testing, thermostats, and zoning controls. The company operates as part of the American Residential Services (ARS) network, serving Lexington and nearby communities including Georgetown, Versailles, Nicholasville, and Richmond. Reviews frequently name individual technicians — Logen and Riley among them — for arriving prepared, explaining each part of an installation, and cleaning up thoroughly afterward. Customers describe same-day responses to service calls and follow-up visits that answer lingering questions without pressure, with system condition explained in plain terms before any recommendation. Reviewers also note the absence of upselling during repair visits and technicians taking small extra steps unprompted, such as installing a drain pump or clearing drain lines during a system change-out. This is a fit for homeowners in Lexington and the surrounding towns who want one contractor covering both routine HVAC maintenance and full system replacements. People comparing quotes on new furnaces, heat pumps, or ductless systems may value the itemized explanations and follow-up support reviewers describe. This company is an HVAC contractor only, not a plumber, so anyone looking specifically for plumbing service should look elsewhere.

Disponette Service Co Inc is a heating and air conditioning contractor in Lexington that also handles plumbing service and pipe supply. Its listed trades include heating contractor, HVAC contractor, and pipe supplier work, and it is catalogued across both HVAC and plumbing categories. Review material points to water heater repairs, heating system service, and full system replacement installs among its jobs. The company serves Lexington along with nearby towns including Frankfort, Midway, Nicholasville, Richmond, and Versailles. It keeps weekday hours, Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with no weekend service. Reviews paint a mixed picture. Technician Mike is named for diagnosing a malfunctioning water heater in about fifteen minutes after months of misdiagnosis by others. Several reviewers praise prompt, reliable service and competitive pricing on system replacements, while others report frustration getting through to the office, scheduling delays, and short treatment when calling about new work. The positive comments emphasize straight answers and jobs done right on the day; the negative ones center on access and phone manner rather than workmanship itself. This is a fit for Lexington-area homeowners and landlords looking for a contractor that crosses the heating-plumbing line, particularly for water heater and boiler work. The weekday-only schedule suits planned jobs like system replacements and routine heating service rather than weekend emergencies. Given the split review record on responsiveness, anyone on a tight timeline may want to confirm scheduling availability before committing.
