Patriot Plumbing & Rooter is a plumbing contractor at 18 Technology Drive, Suite 129, in Irvine's Irvine Technology Center area, offering 24-hour emergency plumbing. Its service list covers leak detection and repair, slab leaks, water heaters, drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, sewer repairs, copper re-piping, garbage disposals, camera inspections, faucets and fixtures, gas lines, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, water softeners, and home water filtration. It serves Irvine, Orange County, and the South Bay and Los Angeles areas, and its technicians handle insurance-related water damage work. Review themes highlight practical problem-solving and clean workmanship. Customers describe a main water service line replaced without destroying brickwork, a difficult yard drain solved where other plumbers would not attempt it, technicians wearing shoe covers and cleaning up after the job, and a fast response to a laundry-room flood. Technicians Mark, James, Angel, and Rudy are named for professional, courteous service, and one reviewer credits a technician for recommending no unnecessary work on an air conditioning check. This is a fit for Irvine and Orange County homeowners facing emergencies like leaks, floods, or sewer backups, including jobs that may involve insurance claims. It also suits customers with tricky repairs, such as hard-to-access lines or nonstandard fixtures, where the company can source a workable solution.

MAYDAY Heating and Air Conditioning Irvine is a heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical services company based in Irvine, operating weekday hours of 8 AM to 8 PM and Saturdays 9 AM to 5 PM. Its HVAC work covers air conditioning installation and repair, including window units, furnace repair, aging system replacement, and troubleshooting of older units. It also handles electrical work, refrigeration services, and appliance repairs such as dishwashers, built-in refrigerators, and washers and dryers, serving both residential and commercial systems. Reviewers repeatedly name technicians Allan, Andrey, and Eric. One customer describes Allan diagnosing an HVAC issue thoroughly without upselling and clearing a line to fix the problem, while another describes Andrey spending five hours on a difficult window air conditioner installation, building a custom frame, and staying within the agreed estimate. Commonly noted traits include arriving on time, explaining the issue clearly, determining whether equipment is still under warranty before quoting parts, and keeping the work area tidy. A dishwasher repair customer notes the company was the second called and the first to diagnose the fault correctly. This is a fit for Irvine homeowners with failing or aging cooling systems who want a diagnosis before committing to a replacement. The appliance repair side suits tenants and property managers dealing with malfunctioning dishwashers, refrigerators, or laundry machines. Because the company spans HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration, it works for commercial properties needing one service outfit for multiple systems.
