Best Water damage restoration service in Indianapolis for SameDay Service

Midwest Remediation is a water, fire, smoke, mold, and sewage mitigation and restoration company at 8010 E 38th St in Indianapolis, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Its services cover emergency water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, smoke damage cleaning, and sewage-affected area restoration, with an equipment rental division supporting the fieldwork. This is a restoration contractor, not a general plumber — it enters the picture after the plumbing problem has caused damage. The public record is polarized: positive reviewers praise timely emergency response, professional crews who protect floors and belongings, and fair pricing on water and mold jobs. Negative reviewers describe poor communication, padded billing, jobs left incomplete, and equipment left running for days beyond the promised timeline — one floor-drying customer was told the standard attempt would be 96 hours and then saw the estimate stretch, and a BBB complaint describes a water-damage bill dispute that escalated over months. TrustAnalytica summarizes the split as timely emergency response weighed against communication and billing frustration. Midwest Remediation fits Indianapolis homeowners and businesses dealing with active water, fire, or mold damage who need a 24/7 restoration crew fast. The emergency-mitigation positioning is the reason to call; the billing record is the reason to document the scope, timeline, and equipment charges in writing before the drying equipment gets switched on.
