11 Best Heating contractor in Colorado Springs for SameDay Service

Peak Home Performance is a heating and air conditioning contractor in Colorado Springs, based on Newport Road, with some plumbing repair work in its mix but HVAC as its actual trade. Its offerings cover furnace and air conditioning installation, repair, and maintenance, indoor air quality services, and generator work, for homes across the Pikes Peak region. The company operates around the clock and reviewers note free estimates and same-day or next-day availability for breakdowns. The review record names sales advisor Josh Baca, installers Mike, Marshall Radar, and Caleb Clauda, and technicians Patrick, Nick, Blake, Kyle, and James Slover. Themes are thorough whole-home assessments, clear explanations of options without pressure to buy unnecessary equipment, and clean, efficient installations with old equipment hauled away. Customers describe furnace and full system replacements completed within days of the estimate, techs who walk them through the new thermostat, and a follow-up inspection after installation. This is a fit for homeowners facing a failed furnace or air conditioner who want a detailed assessment before committing to a replacement. Colorado Springs residents comparing bids on full HVAC system upgrades, plus anyone needing generator or indoor air quality work alongside heating and cooling, are the natural audience. For time-sensitive breakdowns, the pattern of next-day starts addresses the urgency directly.

Parkey's Heating, Plumbing, & Air Conditioning is a full-service heating, air conditioning, and plumbing contractor in Colorado Springs, covering HVAC installation and repair, general plumbing, drain cleaning, water heater service, and indoor air quality work. Its listed trades also include gas leak repair, fireplaces, and gas logs. The company operates around the clock with emergency service and free estimates, and it recently combined with R. Buck, another Colorado Springs home-services brand. Its review record centers on technician conduct and explanation: customers name Roy, Cody, Henry, Jeremy, Tom, Brennen, Jonny, Kade, and Monica across positive write-ups describing careful equipment installs, step-by-step walkthroughs, and arrival communication. One reviewer describes a three-hour fine-tuning of a new air conditioner until it cooled perfectly; another credits Jeremy with a leaking water heater fix. A minority of recent reviews reflect friction around the R. Buck merger, including a long-time customer who says the company's identity changed. This is a fit for households that want HVAC and plumbing handled by one contractor, including full system replacements where equipment sizing and warranty terms matter. The 24/7 emergency posture suits sudden breakdowns in heating or cooling. Shoppers who value continuity with a single longtime shop should ask up front how the merger affects scheduling and who answers the phone, since that is where the critical reviews cluster.

Allright Plumbing & Heating, Inc is a plumbing and heating company in Colorado Springs handling toilet installation and repair, sewer line inspections, drain work, furnace repair and installation, air conditioning installs, and humidifier and air duct cleaning work. The company advertises emergency and after-hours service, and its listed hours extend into weekend evenings. It describes itself as a licensed, customer-focused shop for all plumbing, heating, and drain needs. Reviews name technicians Travis, Pete, Joey, and Walker. Travis appears across plumbing and HVAC jobs: a short-notice multi-item service visit, a same-hour troubleshooting call that traced a hot-water problem to a contractor's mistake rather than the heater, and an HVAC installation in an old house with no prior air conditioning. Customers describe a same-day water heater installation, emergency dispatch after a phone-guided water shutoff, and a burst outdoor-faucet pipe repaired quickly. The negative side is worth noting: one reviewer described a quote they considered excessive, and another claimed poor communication and a technician leaving mid-job. This is a fit for homeowners wanting one company across plumbing and HVAC, including full system replacements and add-on equipment like humidifiers. The after-hours and weekend coverage suits emergencies that arrive outside weekday hours. Given the mixed feedback on quotes, anyone booking larger work should compare the company's estimate against another bid.

Big Cat Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is a multi-trade home-services company with a Colorado Springs shop at 5615 Industrial Pl, also serving Florence and the broader southern Colorado area. It repairs, maintains, and replaces sewer lines, water heaters, water softeners, drains, air conditioners, furnaces, boilers, and heat pumps, with gas line installation and repair part of its plumbing menu. It is a Nu-Flow certified sewer lining contractor and a Carrier authorized dealer for heating equipment. The company advertises true 24/7 live answering, same-day scheduling, upfront pricing, and financing. Reviews name Wyatt, Nate, Victor, manager Rob, D, Rich, Marcos, Damien, and Ridge Whitesel across plumbing and HVAC jobs. Customers describe tankless water heater installs, no-upsell plumbing assessments, thorough duct and dryer-vent cleanings, freeze-break hose bib repairs documented for insurance, and new HVAC and heat pump installations with water heater venting fixes handled in the same visit. Same-day drainage fixes and honest, upfront quotes are recurring themes. This is a fit for homeowners wanting one company across plumbing, HVAC, and trenchless sewer lining, particularly those facing a sewer line problem where lining could avoid excavation. The 24/7 answering covers nights and weekends. Financing is available for bigger-ticket replacements like furnaces and full HVAC systems.

Home Heating Service, Inc. is a heating, cooling, and plumbing company in Colorado Springs at 1565 Tuskegee Pl. Its HVAC services cover heating, cooling, and air filtration with NATE-certified technicians; the company has more recently added plumbing services including water heater repair and installation, faucet and toilet repairs, and general plumbing calls. The plumbing side is newer but documented with faucet cartridges, toilet seats, and heater work alongside the core HVAC business. This is a fit for households that already use the company for HVAC and want plumbing from the same provider, particularly water heater replacements coordinated alongside furnace and AC maintenance. Annual maintenance-plan customers can cover heating, cooling, and plumbing in one relationship. Anyone needing weekend service should confirm current emergency coverage before booking.

WireNut Home Services is a large multi-trade contractor on Babcock Road in Colorado Springs covering plumbing, electrical, and heating and cooling work. Its plumbing services include drain cleaning, trenchless sewer repair, and water heater repair and service; the electrical side covers wiring, panel upgrades, lighting, and ceiling fans; and the HVAC side handles central air conditioner installation and service, gas furnace installation and service, and furnace cleanings. Same-day and emergency services are offered. Review themes center on clear communication: customers describe detailed written outlines of the work and plain-language explanations of pricing before jobs begin. Technician Jason Tse is named for resolving complicated wiring issues, while plumber Logan Kramer is noted for clearing cast-iron pipes that had been repeatedly snaked by others. One longtime customer lists years of varied projects — sewer camera inspections, chandelier hangs, furnace and AC service — handled by the same company. WireNut suits homeowners who prefer one provider across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC rather than separate specialists. Its review record is uneven across platforms, with praise for thoroughness and explanation alongside some dissatisfied accounts, so comparing recent reviews before booking is worthwhile. The Saturday hours and emergency positioning make it relevant for urgent issues like failed furnaces or backed-up drains.

Alphalete Plumbing & Drain is a Colorado Springs plumbing, drain, and sewer contractor whose work spans excavation, trenchless sewer rehabilitation, and water treatment. Its listed offerings include water softeners, whole-home filtration, hard-water scale protection, and softener repair and service — a direct answer to the region's hard water — alongside drain clearing and sewer line replacement. The company also handles plumbing repairs, fixture work, and emergency calls, operating around the clock. Technician Diego is named across reviews for keeping customers informed during sewer replacement work, and Robert for calming a stressed vacation-rental owner through a backed-up sewer emergency with a methodical, step-by-step approach. Reviewer Isaac describes the problem being identified immediately on arrival, and another customer notes a Sunday-evening visit to a rural home for a stove hookup issue. Reviews repeatedly mention technicians explaining options clearly and completing main-line replacements faster than originally estimated. This is a fit for homeowners tackling big-ticket underground work — sewer replacement, water main service, or excavation — who want to be told exactly what is happening at each stage. The water treatment line suits households fighting hard-water scale, spots on dishes, and shortened water heater life. The round-the-clock availability also makes it an option for emergencies that land outside normal hours.

B&L Plumbing is a Colorado Springs plumbing, heating, and cooling company based on Lake Shore Court, serving all of El Paso County. It runs 24/7 emergency service with after-hours work billed at standard daytime rates. Plumbing services include emergency repairs, drain cleaning, sewer repair and replacement with video inspection and hydro-jetting, water heater repair and installation, bathroom remodeling, and water softeners. Heating, cooling, and indoor air quality services were added through the 2023 acquisition of T and W Indoor Comfort. Review themes highlight straightforward scheduling and transparent estimates. Technicians Gustavo and Chase are named for clear explanations and option-based quotes, including one case where a long-term repair plan was presented instead of a quick fix. Customers describe efficient installations that finished ahead of schedule and fast emergency responses — one reviewer described a Christmas Day water heater repair completed within the hour. A smaller number of reviewers report high prices for minor jobs or slow arrivals when the company was busy. This is a fit for homeowners who want one company for plumbing, heating, and cooling rather than separate contractors. It suits anyone who values after-hours emergency availability at standard rates. Customers comparing long-term repair plans against quick fixes may appreciate the option-based estimating approach.

Excellent Plumbing & Water Heater Repair Colorado Springs is a plumbing and HVAC company based at 6510a S Academy Blvd, with water heater work as its namesake specialty. The company installs and repairs traditional tank water heaters, tankless units, and solar water heaters, and its broader trade covers plumbing repairs, furnace repair, air conditioning work, boiler repairs, and gas installation services. Operating hours run 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, with emergency service advertised for urgent breakdowns. The review record centers on water heater jobs: customers describe same-day responses to leaking units, technicians explaining the failure clearly, and honest assessments about what actually needs replacing. Named technician Rick comes up repeatedly for personable, knowledgeable service — from gas valve replacements on fireplaces to full galvanized pipe replacements — with quoted prices honored at completion. Reviewers also note emergency accommodation, such as squeezing in a weekend water heater leak ahead of a Monday workday. This is a fit for homeowners whose primary need is a water heater — repair, replacement, or a tankless conversion — and who want the diagnosis explained before work begins. The company's furnace and boiler coverage makes it relevant for heating-adjacent plumbing problems as well, such as failed hot water tied to boiler systems. For Colorado Springs residents comparing water heater specialists, the pattern of same-day response and straightforward pricing is the practical reason to include this company in the shortlist.

Priority Plumbing and Heating is a Colorado Springs contractor covering both plumbing and heating trades, with sewer line repair and replacement, water line replacement, and drain cleaning listed as core services. Its heating side handles furnaces, boilers, and air conditioning alongside the plumbing calls, making it a single-vendor option for homes dealing with both kinds of problems. The company keeps daytime hours seven days a week and offers emergency service, so a burst pipe or a failed furnace on a weekend still gets a scheduled visit. Customers describe technicians arriving the same day a problem was reported, including an emergency handled efficiently after hours on a Sunday. Technician Cameron is named repeatedly for locating leaks precisely, explaining each step of the repair in plain terms, and arriving on time. Other reviews point to a communicative scheduler from first contact and fast, on-the-spot diagnosis rather than drawn-out visits. This is a fit for homeowners who want one company for both plumbing and heating instead of coordinating separate trades — for example, a household facing a furnace fault and a sewer concern in the same week. The seven-day daytime schedule suits anyone who needs weekend appointments, and the review pattern points to a practical choice when a leak needs same-day attention with a clear explanation of the fix before work begins.
