Best Air conditioning repair service in Colorado Springs for SameDay Service

Olson Plumbing & Heating Co is a plumbing and HVAC contractor based at 2500 Centennial Blvd on the west side of Colorado Springs, a family-run business for over a century, now into a fifth generation. The company handles residential and commercial plumbing — fixtures, water heaters, drain cleaning, kitchen and bathroom remodel plumbing, and sewer mains — alongside heating and cooling installation and repair, humidifiers, and utility construction including Perma-liner trenchless pipework. Video and locate capabilities support its excavation and sewer diagnostics. Emergency service is central to its reputation: reviews describe technicians arriving within the hour for burst pipes and 11 p.m. sewer blockages, with upfront pricing and no hidden fees on overnight calls. Dwayne James, Tristan, and Cody are named for efficient emergency repairs, clear diagnosis, and careful cleanup — one account notes shoe covers and floor protection during a late-night clog clear. On the critical side, a minority of reviews flag billing friction such as travel-time charges and hourly pricing, so get written estimates before authorizing time-and-materials jobs. This is a fit for homeowners and businesses that value a deeply established local company with plumbing and HVAC under one roof — particularly for emergencies where an hour's response decides the damage. Its utility and trenchless capability suits sewer line replacement without full excavation. For west Colorado Springs residents with an aging furnace, a burst pipe, or a complex sewer repair, that long local track record is the reason this company gets the first call over a national chain.
