Best Heating contractor in Charlotte for SameDay Service

Progressive Service Company is a multi-trade service provider at 3990 Sam Wilson Rd in Charlotte's Dixie-Berryhill area, covering plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and solar services. Plumbing work includes emergency repairs, toilet installation, sink and shower drain repair, and water quality testing, while the HVAC side spans air conditioning installation and repair, heating service, and maintenance checks. Electrical services include switch and outlet installation, repairs, and lighting work, and the company also handles solar hot water system repair and maintenance. Reviewers name technicians Justin, Marcus, and Gabriel, describing fast emergency response — in one case arrival within an hour of the call — along with courteous, professional conduct and thorough diagnostics. Customers highlight technicians who listen carefully, stay late to finish a job properly, and explain their findings clearly. Some reviewers report long phone hold times and pricing concerns, so confirming the estimate upfront is advisable. Progressive Service Company suits homeowners in the Charlotte area who want a single provider spanning plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical, and solar. Those with an emergency plumbing issue get rapid dispatch, while customers planning larger projects — like a dual air conditioning replacement or a water quality evaluation — get a company with the bench depth to handle multi-system work.
