Best Heating contractor in Charlotte for SameDay Service

Call Dad is a heating, cooling, and plumbing company based at 4400 Stuart Andrew Blvd in Charlotte's Clanton Park/Roseland area, with offices across North and South Carolina including Raleigh, Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Hickory, Asheville, Charleston, and Columbia. Plumbing services include emergency plumbing response, while the HVAC side covers air conditioning and furnace installation, repair, and maintenance. The company offers 24/7 emergency AC and plumbing service, one-year warranties on labor and parts, and financing options, with technicians trained through its in-house training program. Reviewers describe knowledgeable, professional technicians who arrive on time, explain the work clearly, and leave the space clean. Customers highlight fast installations — including systems completed within days of ordering — and responsive emergency service, such as a Christmas Eve heating repair completed the same day. A small number of reviewers report issues with plumbing jobs and service follow-through, so customers may want written estimates for complex work. Call Dad suits homeowners across the Carolinas who want a large, multi-location provider for both HVAC and plumbing needs. Those facing a failed air conditioner, a furnace problem, or a plumbing emergency get round-the-clock dispatch and warranty-backed work, with the company's scale meaning technicians and parts are rarely far away.

Dilling Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is a full-service home-systems contractor in Charlotte that covers plumbing alongside heating, cooling, and electrical work from its Stuart Andrew Boulevard base. Its plumbing side handles emergency drain cleaning and sewer line diagnosis and repair, water heater service, and general residential plumbing repairs. The company answers around the clock with live staff and can respond to home service requests within a day or two, giving plumbing customers one point of contact for related trades. Review themes center on quick HVAC installations and friendly plumbing visits: customers describe techs like Russ fixing a dripping shower and Trent servicing a furnace with clear explanations, and Clay and Tyler drawing praise for professional, courteous conduct. The record also shows some mixed experiences, including communication gaps around maintenance contracts and one dispute over a fee attached to a promised second-opinion visit. This is a fit for homeowners who want plumbing, HVAC, and electrical handled by a single contractor rather than three separate companies. Round-the-clock answering makes it relevant for urgent situations like a backed-up sewer line or failed water heater, while the multi-trade scope suits owners planning coordinated work across systems.
