Best Air conditioning repair service in Austin for SameDay Service

SALT Plumbing Air & Electric is a multi-trade home services company based on South MoPac Expressway in the Barton Hills area, covering plumbing, air conditioning, heating, and electrical work across the Austin metro. The business began in parking lot lighting maintenance and expanded under its current owners into a full-service operation certified as a Historically Underutilized Business by the state of Texas. Plumbing services include installation and repair, water heaters, gas lines, leak detection, and drain cleaning. The electrical side handles breaker boxes, panels, generators, and general troubleshooting, while the HVAC side covers AC and heating repair and replacement, duct cleaning, and indoor air quality. Same-day service, a SALT+ membership with priority scheduling, and listed hours of 8 AM to 8 PM daily round out the offering. Review themes highlight thorough visits and no-pressure recommendations. Technicians named in reviews include Billy Jones, Javier, Greg Canaby, Jason, Enzo, Anthony, AJ, Jeremy, and Ryan Edwards, described as professional, courteous, and willing to explain the work and its options. Customers mention water heater maintenance checks with written documentation and multi-property use across gas, HVAC, and electrical needs. A few reviews raise concerns about premium pricing on electrical work. This is a fit for Austin homeowners who want a single company covering plumbing, electrical, and HVAC across multiple properties. It suits planned maintenance programs, water heater and panel projects, and urgent calls within the daily service window. Households comparing options can expect detailed explanations and technicians who leave the decision to the customer.
