Best Air conditioning contractor in Austin for SameDay Service

ARS / Rescue Rooter is the Austin branch of the national American Residential Services network, based on Wall Street in the Walnut Creek-Pioneer Hill area. The branch combines plumbing with heating, air conditioning, electrical, and insulation services for residential customers. Plumbing work includes drain cleaning, sewer line repair, and water heater replacement, while the HVAC side handles AC and heating repair and full system installation. The branch lists 24-hour availability and same-day appointments. Review themes are mixed. David Dodd is singled out by name for knowledgeable, courteous repair work and attentive follow-up. Several customers praise fast same-day dispatch, thorough explanations of options, and clean installations of new systems and water heaters. Others report pricing disputes and frustration with faulty installations and poor customer service follow-up. The company notes that its technicians undergo background checks and drug testing as part of its service standards. This is a fit for Austin homeowners who want a large, full-service company covering HVAC, plumbing, and electrical under one roof. It suits AC and heating system replacements, water heater replacements, and urgent calls needing round-the-clock dispatch. Customers comparing quotes should request detailed written estimates, given the mixed feedback on pricing.

Fox Service Company is a multi-trade home services provider based on Ferguson Lane in Austin's Walnut Creek-Pioneer Hill area, handling plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical, and home energy conservation work. Its plumbing services cover installation, maintenance, and repair plus water heaters, gas lines, and leak detection. The electrical side includes panel work, generator installation and repair, ceiling fans, and general troubleshooting, while the HVAC side covers air conditioning and heating repair and replacement, duct cleaning, humidifiers, and fresh air ventilators. The company serves the greater Austin metro, including Cedar Park, Georgetown, Hutto, Leander, Liberty Hill, Pflugerville, Round Rock, and Spicewood, with 24-hour availability every day. Review themes emphasize thorough diagnostics and clear cost explanations. Technicians such as Rodney and Cary are named for arriving prepared, staying until the job is done right, and recommending only what the home actually needs. Customers mention whole-house water filtration installs, plumbing inspections that quickly locate hidden leaks, and fixture work done with attention to detail. A minority of reviews raise concerns about premium pricing on parts and follow-up scheduling after large equipment replacements. This is a fit for Austin-area homeowners who want one company for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work rather than coordinating separate contractors. It suits planned projects like water heater replacement, generator installation, or system replacements, as well as urgent failures that need round-the-clock response. Homeowners comparing bids can expect detailed assessments and technicians who explain options before work begins.
