Best Hot water system supplier in Albuquerque for SameDay Service

First Rate Plumbing Heating and Cooling Inc is a locally owned contractor at 3004 2nd St NW in Albuquerque's Near North Valley, covering plumbing, heating, and cooling under one roof with 24-hour service. Its plumbing side handles leak detection, water heater repair, and pipe clearing — one review credits it with clearing a blockage two other companies said would require replacing the pipe — plus fixture work. The heating and cooling side covers AC installation and repair, furnace and evaporative cooler service, and ductless mini-split systems, with free estimates for residential and commercial jobs. Reviews give the shop an unusually technician-heavy record. Dario is named for furnace shutdowns and evaporative-cooler changeovers explained step by step; Daniel for diagnosing and fixing AC faults while coaching the homeowner on maintenance; Valentino for patient, thorough water heater work; Sean for a full AC maintenance visit with coil cleaning and a heads-up about a future part replacement. Same-day dispatch comes up repeatedly — one review describes Valentino sent out the day of the call — and the company also operates a second office in Rio Rancho. This is a fit for homeowners and small businesses that want one company for both plumbing and HVAC instead of juggling vendors. The pattern of technicians explaining the diagnosis before quoting suits customers comparing estimates on replacements like furnaces, AC units, or water heaters. Same-day and emergency positioning make it relevant for breakdowns, while the evaporative-cooler specialty is a natural match for Albuquerque's climate.
